E destul de rau cand sforile se rup si cad gramada peste mine insami…. (repetitie mater studiorum est)

Nu, nu am scris eu asta, e din Opiniile unui clovn de Heinrich Böll dar mi s-a asezat in minte pentru ca ma simt exact ca o marioneta ale carei sfori au fost taiate. As vrea sa pot scrie ceva despre raportul castig pierdere, despre dezamagiri, despre trimf si caderea din triumf, despre o pierdere a sperantei in natura umana , dar natura mea umana ma impiedica sa tai sforile celorlalte marionete din acest mare teatru we call life. Ok, recunosc, am reusit totusi sa fiu putin dramatica but.. it’s a new day, it’s a new dawn, it’s a new home for my blog. Despre motivul mutarii trebuie sa arda putin Roma si sa se adune cioburi (romanian sucks, Rome is burning and gather shattered glass sounds so much better).

god save the planet

or should we do something about it? maybe it’s not in god’s hands anymore. we all heard the alarming news about global warming, about species dissapering every year taking along fragments of our history and evolution. we wear our toxic substances as branded posh and priceless belongings : on our clothes, cosmetics, detergents and our body is turning into a chemistry lab. you don’t have to be Superman to help prevent all this. so I came upon simple tips nad here are some of them :

*replacing a regular 60W light bulb with an economic 11W one will avoid the release of 280 kg CO2 into the atmosphere and will reduce your electric bill

*your washing machine washes just as good at 40 degrees as it does at 60-70 degrees and that reduces your electric bill by 35%.

*don’t light the whole stove if you’re just gonna boil water in a small pot. spare your energy by 30%

*every stand-by machine still consumes electricity. if we’d all shut them down we’s spare 30%/year, giving us spare energy to fuel a large island

*try to ride the bus/ subway/tram/bike rather than burning gas everyday with your car. that gas “burns” the environment and your pocket

*shower rather then taking long bubble baths, you reduce your water consumption by 1/3

*use a shopping bag made out of linen of at least recyclable material

*don’t buy small fish or other “young” animal meat, give nature a chance to reproduce itself
